Lute harpsichord after Johann Christoph Fleischer, beginning of the 18th century, with gut strings
In Johann Sebastian Bach's list of bequests, two lute harpsichords are named alongside five other harpsichords, so Bach must have quite appreciated these harpsichords with gut strings. They are mentioned again and again in the historical literature, but unfortunately none of them has survived the times. This is my interpretation in the style of the North German school - Fleischer in Hamburg also built these instruments, as we know.
